The courses feature free navigation, giving the users agency on what they want to know about first.
Every course covers the product main features, how they must be presented to costumers and how both the sale force and costumers can take care of them.
Assessment sessions are regularly delivered to test the learners’ knowledge about Tod’s products and processes.
A minimum score is required to complete the course and get a completion certificate.
